At the Sony’s pre-recorded presentation Capcom and Sony announced Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition and it will be available at PS5 launch digitally, physical editions will available at later date according to their official Twitter account.
Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition will be available on Xbox Series consoles at later date and it apparently is not going to be available on PC at all, which kinda weird. There is update for current-gen versions though that’ll include Vergil as a playable character, this will most likely be a paid DLC. Last but not least we here PSFAN.NET really hope they have dropped the censorship from this release on PS5 which is still intact in European version on PS4!
The next-gen version will include the aforemention playable character Vergil, Turbo Mode, Legendary Dark Knight difficulty and ray tracing effects. You can watch the announcement trailer and developer walkthrough below.
