CD Projekt RED announced few days ago (in September 4th 2020) that critically acclaimed role-playing epic The Witcher III: Wild Hunt is coming enhanced to next generation platforms including PS5, Xbox Series X and PC.

It will feature improved graphics and cutting edge features like ray tracing. The package will include the base game and all its expansions like Blood & Wine and Hearts of Stone. In other words it will be the Complete Edition.

This upgrade will be free for all who owns the game already, which is very pro-consumer move from CD Projekt RED which isn’t surprising itself. The enhanced version of the game will be also sold separately. You might be getting a better deal buying it cheaply now and then upgrade though. Assuming you don’t own the game already for some reason.
